Manafort says Romney could have gotten into the race this year, he didn't. Trump is doing better with Hispanics and others than Romney did, so Romney doesn't have room to criticize. The press is reporting that Trump has no campaign structure, that is as wrong as all the reports the press has made on Trump so far, he won't run, he's not serious, he can't win, etc.
