Best analysis was done by those who suggest that the entire op was designed to help the MB in Egypt and zero in his re-eleciton by kidnapping Chris Stevens and trading him for the blind sheik.
The op went south when two of our guys disobeyed orders and got on the roof and killed 60 terror types.
Thinking they had been lied to or double crossed the terror types killed Stevens and tortured him for the same reasons that this guy did last night because he/they hated gays just like the terror types who hated gays in Benghazi.

Seriously, though, what does he do for the ticket? Alabama is NOT going to vote democrat. It is safely going to vote for Trump. And it’s a small state, population-wise.
And frankly, while we have the #NEVERTRUMP idiots on the Right, other conservatives understand that between Trump and Clinton there is no complex decision. Clinton would destroy the country. So I’m not thinking Jeff’s conservative bona fides will change many votes.
The VP pick for Trump needs to be carefully selected for the votes they can draw.
There is some actual science behind those remarks about the monster vote. One of the drivbeys, I forget which one, has been doing research and they are amazed at just how good Trump will do.

Question about 13 hours, how did they portray what happened in the chain of custody of that first call for help from the Benghazi consulate to Washington?
They kept out of the political side, just showing times where the defenders said that no one, drone, airships where coming in spite of multiple times they requested support by numerous people.
They laid the first NO on station chief Bob, who in the end did give them the go ahead to engage when they saw weapons...
They also quickly showed a map with distance and time that was involved to highlight how support could have fit into the 13 hours...
To me the whole point was the small group was ready to go in 5 minutes but the bureaucracy held them back, until they decided enough is enough we are going.
Also opened many eyes that this was more than an attack on the consulate, but also an “ alamo” like stand at the annex....
Clearly pointing out that these heroes and the people they were defending were left out on a limb due to inability to want to engage and destroy the Libya myth of success.

Since our founding, America has advanced on an unending path toward becoming a more perfect Union. This journey, led by forward-thinking individuals who have set their sights on reaching for a brighter tomorrow, has never been easy or smooth. The fight for dignity and equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people is reflected in the tireless dedication of advocates and allies who strive to forge a more inclusive society. They have spurred sweeping progress by changing hearts and minds and by demanding equal treatment -- under our laws, from our courts, and in our politics. This month, we recognize all they have done to bring us to this point, and we recommit to bending the arc of our Nation toward justice.
Last year's landmark Supreme Court decision guaranteeing marriage equality in all 50 States was a historic victory for LGBT Americans, ensuring dignity for same-sex couples and greater equality across State lines. For every partnership that was not previously recognized under the law and for every American who was denied their basic civil rights, this monumental ruling instilled newfound hope, affirming the belief that we are all more free when we are treated as equals.
LGBT individuals deserve to know their country stands beside them. That is why my Administration is striving to better understand the needs of LGBT adults and to provide affordable, welcoming, and supportive housing to aging LGBT Americans. It is also why we oppose subjecting minors to the harmful practice of conversion therapy, and why we are continuing to promote equality and foster safe and supportive learning environments for all students.
