Do those who are unable to have children have to make a public confession before they are not condemned?

Nobody has the moral authority to demand or prevent childbirths. Nobody can make those decisions except the married couples themselves. And they do not owe an explanation to anybody ---except to God, to Whom we are *all* answerable for *all* our decisions, which pulls me up short sometimes.
