No, allowing bestiality is not technically correct just because the animal wasn’t physically harmed.

My comment was that depending upon how the law was written, the action, no matter how reprehensible, may not be considered a criminal act under that law. Allowing bestiality is not correct, but they may have to re-write the law to cover situations like this.

I would have to read the applicable law to see what it said, and a) I don’t have the time and inclination to do so, and b)the acts sicken me and I don’t want to spend much more time on this.
