Barack Obama's spokesman described the FBI's probe into Hillary Clinton's classified email scandal as a 'criminal investigation' on Thursday, less than an hour after the president endorsed his embattled former secretary of state to succeed him.
Josh Earnest told reporters during a White House press briefing that Obama was committed to keeping his hands off the investigation, trusting career investigators and prosecutors to follow evidence wherever it leads.

Obama would love the whole investigation to be turned over to an independent counsel. He’s laying the groundwork for it by feeding the conflict of interest with his endorsement. Under an independent counsel, the investigation could stretch on for years.
I think it goes a lot further than that. If the Clintons go down, ex-president Obama takes over their role as slush-fund recipient in chief. I think we will see leaks that will damage Hillary, and Obama will count on President Trump to put her and Bill on trial. Then, he can fundraise against the GOP witch-hunt while appearing above the fray.
But I don't think O is really a lib ... he's not defined by anything he wants to build or any ideology at all... only what he wants to destroy - the west, the colonialists ... anyone with an identity - since he never had one. Probably better with Hillary out of the way. So ... I say he throws her under the bus. There is so much hatred, that having her around at all, even as a puppet ... well ... even puppets can bite the hand that controls them. Has-been convicted criminal politicians with a permanent cough ... not so much, especially since the Clintons don't carry much weight any more ...
I'm just not that good at predicting evil.

They want to blame and blame and blame and complain against Trump; however, it wasn’t supposed to be Trump...I don’t think they saw that coming. Some GOPer would have caved into their every whim.
Some year ago, Rush did say 0bama may even want the GOP to win. (that was before I started to suspect Rush becoming a GOPer)
Here’s what I see: Mills’ name on the emails; I did NOT see Hitlery on them (emails at ZH, BTW).
Would Hitlery throw Mills under the bus? No need to answer that.
I also see how the MSN would conclude Mills acted alone.
Anyone able to correct anything I’ve said? I am open to correction; I don’t have all the facts, just what I’ve read.
