No he can’t. The people who care about Benghazi are never going to vote for her. Most folks don’t care. You can tell because it had no effect on the election that happened 2 months later, thinking it can effect an election 4 YEARS later is wishful thinking.
When hundreds of people have no idea what the D.C. stands for behind Washington D.C....we are in deep trouble.
