That circuit is anti-constitutional extreme leftists. They have been over turned more that a Saint Bernard’s water bowl.Decision was 7-4, not unanimous which is good. If we prevent Hillary from winning the White House we may have a good chance to replace a couple of those justices with ones who believe in the constitution.
