If they gave detention to a sixth grader everytime they hurled an insult at another kid there would be no sixth graders left in the school.

Exactly what I was thinking. And think, if every insulted or punished sixth grader, took the issue to court!
Perhaps they needed to increase the number of white kids in detention, in order to give a teacher-raping black person a time out. Gotta keep the numbers even.
