THIS JUST IN---S/J City Council is complaining that four days after the incident and still no written reports from Garcia and Liccardo.

Their wonderful (cough) membership in La Raza doesnt supply a method to squirm out of this?

REALITY CHECK Clearly, Garcia and Liccardo's lawyers have warned them....dont put anything in writing. If they tell the truth on incidence reports....they're screwed. If they falsify incidence reports....they're screwed.

Now if state/city law specifies official incidence reports must be filed so many days subsequent to the incident, and Garcia and Liccardo ignored the law,........they should be charged as domestic terrorists under the Patriot Act.

"Section 802 of the P/A defines a domestic terrorist as one who engages (or who aids and abets) in violent activity in order to affect political change" (proof positive---the THUGGERY revolved around a political event).

"Domestic terrorists can also be stripped of their citizenship and sent to spend the rest of their lives in in foreign rendition prisons.”

Exhibiting belligerence to US laws and our nation's political system will not be tolerated....that goes for Garcia AND Liccardo, as well.
