Despicable.
I will simply note what occurred in Germany with it’s ‘kid’ issue.
At some point in 2015, with growing number of people showing up (1.1 million in 2015 for the year)...people compared notes and realized that the German benefits/temp housing/lodging were all tied to a family unit....the more....the better.
So, they started to have cases where some guy showed up with two kids....indicating that the wife had died somewhere in the past. This got the guy into a family-related shelter, better accommodations, and extra money.
Last year, around October...they had this Frankfurt refugee guy who noted that his son became lost in the subway system. As big as Frankfurt is...the subway system really isn’t that big. Cops felt the kid would show up in a couple of hours. Well....kid didn’t show up. Fair sized effort to find the kid. Odd....dad didn’t seem all that worried. By the beginning of the 3rd day...things didn’t make any sense. They came to discover that Dad put the kid on a train to Brussels...kid was returning to his family. So the scheme came unraveled...kid was borrowed from some relative to pretend to be this guy’s kid. This helped the guy get family housing instead of pushing him off into a barracks-like situation with four guys to a room. His part of the deal was to return the “son” in three or four months to the real family.
By the end of 2015...news media is noting that around 4,000 immigrant or refugee kids are missing in central Europe (mostly in Germany). Big worry....all the social justice people thinking that the kids are kidnapped for pedophiles or such. The thing is....the parents just don’t seem worried. No one believes that the kids are gone....they just went back to the normal family after being borrowed.
In my region of Germany (Hessen)....we had some family out in some park along a river, who reported their son missing. Cops made a major effort to look for the kid....assuming he’d drowned. Number of days put into this....lots of manpower. Eventually, they all came to question the story, the kid, and the family. They can’t prove nothing, but most people think the kid was returned to his rightful family somewhere else as well.
It’s a corrupted practice and just makes the kids ability to readjust to his new land....practically impossible. He might get ‘borrowed’ two or three times.
The Germans? They are absolutely stupid and naive about the trend, and simply don’t believe someone would lie to get improved benefit packages.
