They are investigating the Clinton Crime foundation. The emails she deleted were related to her quid pro quo for the foreigners and the “campaign contributions” and “speaking fees”.
They have those deleted emails and are building a case, but my gut tells me no indictment and half, most of America will still vote for her and not care. Until their in jail or dead because of her, they won’t care.
There are also TPP emails.
I heard Napolitano today say that since it is expected that Obama will publicly endorse Clinton soon, there may be a demand for an independent counsel to take over the investigation for the reason that Obama’s DOJ will have a conflict of interest.
It this case goes to an independent counsel, nothing will see the light of day for years. I also don’t think that Comey would be very keen on that because of the amount of time and labor the FBI has expended on this case.
