Homosexuals stopped using condoms, regardless of HIV. They expect a vaccine any day. There are apparently severe problems with having HIV, but not death, so, they don’t care.
Yeah, and they die 14 years early from HIV.
To win the fight against syphilis, we need to increase screening and detection among high-risk individuals from once a year to every three months.
How about to try to win the fight, people stop engaging in the risky behaviors which spread the disease????
All that screening and detection does is identify people with the disease, after they have contracted the disease. While helpful, screening does nothing to stop the spread of disease.
Might help, to restart using them

I would be curious to know how many people have gotten HIV or other STDs through unintended methods like blood transfusions.
If all of these are all through willing consensual parties, then I feel more like an a-hole in this matter and would say to cut all medical benefits to anyone who contracts an STD.
I wonder what percentage of “refugees” are bringing this in with them as well.
That's amazing. Its worked for me too, for even longer. I wonder why the CDC and every liberal in government are so completely oblivious to the basic science behind your idea. Do they really hate facts that much?
