Most definitely. It reminds me of my struggle for medical acceptance for CFIDS, some 30 years ago. It was an uphill battle, and the details aren’t important at the moment. What IS important, is that I learned how my body functioned, how it was supposed to function, and what I had to do to help it along.
It makes my heart feel good to know that this young girl can now look forward to a normal (for her) life!
