Hillary Clinton and the 'FBI Primary' (the Rats' prospects are grim if the FBI does its job)
Fox News ^ | June 7, 2016 | Cal Thomas

Some believe that soon after Tuesday's final presidential primaries the FBI will interview Hillary Clinton about her handling of emails while she was secretary of state. What comes next is the subject of much speculation.

[Snip]

[Bush White House staff member Bradley] Blakeman says the FBI has deliberately waited to interview Hillary Clinton until after the primaries because the bureau did not want to interfere with the nominating process. He thinks the FBI is "likely" to recommend to the Department of Justice whether or not she should be indicted for violating what she says are agency rules and what others call the law between now and the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, which begins July 25.

If she is indicted before the convention, Blakeman says, it will give the party an opportunity to make changes in the rules that could result in an alternate nominee.

Here is the intriguing part about Blakeman's scenario: "If a grand jury is empaneled, or if she were to be indicted before the convention, the Democrats would have to let her go." If an indictment were to come after the convention, he says, it presents a different problem because each state needs to certify their ballots before November. If an indictment occurs after the states have certified their ballots, it would be nearly impossible to replace Hillary Clinton with another candidate.

Here's where things might get even more interesting.

if it is true that Oboingo is about to endorse hillary, he would not do that if she was about to be indicted

So, does this give the demonrats an out?

If the FBI recommends an indictment but doing so would mean that the demonrats would not have a candidate on the ballot......

Or

Is the FBI trying to screw the entire demonratic party by issuing a recommendation for a bullet proof indictment of a presidential candidate when it is to late for the party to replace that candidate on the ballot?

I know a lot of people think that PIAPS will walk and that the FBI may be compromised but maybe they are playing real hardball. Maybe they are telling the Just-Us department that PIAPS goes down or you ALL go down.

And if DOJ refuses??? What if DNC nominates her anyway????

> if she were indicted, there is no doubt Obama would pardon her

Without a conviction there can be no pardon

Richard Nixon was pardoned by Gerald Ford.
Nixon was never convicted of so much as jaywalking.
He was pardoned for “crimes that may have been committed” if I remember correctly.

No you can be pardoned for crimes you haven’t even been charged with.

The question is whether Obama could give her a secret pardon now, that only become known after the election when it is too late.

But the threat of being indicted, tried, convicted and impeached was enough to get Nixon to resign.

If the FBI assumes that the Obamanation of Desolation administration will not prosecute then they could just hold a press conference and lay the evidence out there and say “If this was a normal person, even a notable person they would be prosecuted for these crimes. We believe she is guilty and it is a miscarriage of justice for the Justice Department to not indite and prosecute.”

Let the Wicked Witch of Little Rock be tried in the court of public opinion and let let the failure of the Obamanation of Desolation’s administration to indite her become his legacy.

Yep. And you don't hardly hear a thing about the FBI probe from the MSM anymore. We do because we keep track of the investigation; the leftists deny that it's a bad thing abd act like she just made an error in judgment. Personally I think the election has already been bought and paid for by the NWO a-holes.

I disagree. If HRC is indicted, Obama can point to his having endorsed her as evidence that he did the best he could for her, and that it is difficult for him to watch her step aside...so that Joe Biden can be the nominee. If Obama wants to distance himself from HRC’s mess, the smartest thing he could do would be to proceed without considering the FBI report...until the FBI comes out with it.

“And you don't hardly hear a thing about the FBI probe from the MSM anymore.”

The MSM will ignore this, but that won't stop the FBI from coming out with its report. If the FBI announces before July 25 that HRC should be indicted, her candidacy is in big trouble. The chances under those circumstances that she can continue to the election, be elected, be pardoned for all possible crimes, and never face any consequences are close to zero. Next week, Trump will start telling Americans the way the Clinton Family Foundation has functioned as a money laundering scheme. Even if that doesn't swing things towards Trump, it will lay the groundwork for a backlash against HRC if the FBI comes out with a damning report. If the FBI’s report is damning — and the odds of that are about 90% — the Dem establishment may want to run Biden instead of HRC, rather than be weighed down in defending HRC for the next four years.

Tricky Dick was hanging on until Senate Republicans walked into his office and flat out told him they would not support him.
He knew the jig was up at that point and resigned.

The Dems never, EVER turn out one of their own.
No matter how terrible or treasonous the crime they stick together.

Trump is trying to have the Court of Public Opinion bring in a guilty verdict but the duplicitous and treasonous Fifth Column known as the MSM is doing it’s best to cover for her.
As well as that agenda driven Laraza judge in the Trump U case.

As far as Hussein’s legacy, the MSM will sugar coat everything.
Maybe, just maybe in a hundred years or so the truth will dribble out.
But I wouldn’t advise my grandkids or great grandkids to hold their breath.
Its been close to 70 years since FDR died and the public at large still thinks he was the greatest thing since the garden of Eden.
And Hussein has the melanin thing going for him as well.

Maybe she will be indicted, but likely she won't. Waiting for it to happen isn't going to get us anywhere.

For now, we have to face the reality that we're going to have to beat her in the elections.

The libs shout Nixon SHREDDED the Constitution.

1) Have they ever read it?
2) Would they support it today?
3) Compare and contrast the crimes of Nixon and Hillary

You're right that HRC may not be indicted, but things still look good if she isn't. We should assume that the FBI report will be at least as damning as the State Dept report was. Although Loretta Lynch may (under direction from Obama) decline to indict, the chances are high she'd punt and recommend a special prosecutor be appointed. If a damning FBI report is out there, Trump is pounding HRC for it, and a special prosecutor is being appointed, voters will see that if HRC is President, they'll be in for years of hearings about her chicanery. On the other hand, if Trump wins, Obama can pardon HRC on his way out the door. (Yes, HRC could win the election and Obama could pardon her, but that will make it tougher to derail a special prosecutor than it would if Americans at least saw HRC punished by not getting the Presidency.)

If you’ve been watching the Clinton saga exposure over the last year or so, it’s got to the point that panicked responses can be inferred by what is known.

An example is the red flag lawyering up that happened last October or November. The selection of the different lawyers all with solid connections to the Clintons is also interesting.

Obama was reported to have interceded with the big money donors on Hillary’s behalf. The latest is he’s about to endorse her. That’s unprecedented. It all points to Hillary being a damaged candidate who is looking more and more unelectable.

We’ve been seeing a war of “words” between the White House, her supporters and Hillary on one side and the FBI on the other. Comey’s unusual press conference recently was a shot across Hillary’s bow.

Obama is simply making the point that he fully supports Hillary. That’s really meaningless accept for the message to the FBI.

‘... if the FBI does its job’

Thats the big question, ‘Will they do their job?’. I have considerable doubt they will. Federal LE is just as corrupt as this administration and perhaps more so. Lets save the taxpayers $ and disband the ATF, DEA, FBI and most of the SS as a start. Then a citizen task force can pare down whats remiaining. Believe it or not life will go on. The Big Lie is that we cant get along w/o big govt. Our forefathers did much better than we are and they were wise enough to know big govt is big tyranny.

Being pardoned for the e mail crimes still leaves the gate open for prosecution of the Clinton foundation Crimes that involve all of the whols clinton Gang and who knows who else.

A presidential pardon for everything won’t stand up if there is a determined prosecution that then drags in Obama for being part of the scheme coverup. Even if Hillary is pardoned, Bubba is not
