If you dont fight, youre gonna die, and so I had to be a fighter. I chose to be a fighter. I was not going to be a victim of my circumstances, she declared.
Its an attitude Dash carries to this day, armored against Hollywoods liberal culture by the thick skin she grew in the Bronx and sustained by her faith.
Ive had to plant my feet on the ground and stand strong. Ive had to stand for what I believe in and not let anybody take that away from me, she said. I have to know that what Im believing in is true, and then dont let anybody shake it.
Dash talked about the Obama 2008 campaign as the experience that led to her political awakening.
I always was aware of politics. I loved the Reagan days. I remember, during Reagan, everybody was so happy.
...
Dash said that bailouts, entitlements, and Obamacare made her realize Obama was not whom she hoped he would be. When her boyfriend at the time helped her realize she was living under a socialist regime, her moment of true political awareness arrived: Hell, no! Thats not America. Were not socialists!
...
Obamas politics exacerbated class and racial tensions.
...
Calling conservatives and Republicans racist were the least racist. Were the ones who give the money to the community. Were the ones who have private sector jobs for people and private programs for people so they can get out from under.
She described racism as a psychological prison that black people in the inner cities have put themselves in.
...
Unfortunately, she foresees a great deal of fighting during the 2016 election.
Its going to get very ugly, Dash predicted. Its gonna get really bad before it gets any better.

Why mince words?
obama f*cked up the entire nation and it’ll take years, maybe decades, to unf*ck it.
She’s right, of course. San Jose showed us that it’s open season on Trump supporters.
“Obamas politics exacerbated class and racial tensions. “
An understatement.
Rules my FRiend.
Stacey Dash says transgenders should pee in the bushes, claims feminism is ruining men
RACIST REPUBLICANS............. oh.........wait.....
Absolutely. Obama’s trying to kill America by 1,000 cuts.
And the DNC and the GOP Establishment have been right there to help him, wimp out, make it easier, kept silent.
For years. They must go. They must all go.
Brave, brilliant and beautiful young woman.
SHE should have been the first black and the first female POTUS. A true American soul who understands adversity, individual responsibility and courage.
Perhaps we can survive a couple of decades before she enters the fray.
Conservative, feisty, and beautiful. My dream girl.
But there is so much wealth & power created by dividing people up into small groups & making them hate each other...
the process, at least erenow, works only in one direction. It can be stalled but not reversed.
OK, I’m not a guy, but I’m really tired of the current rage for these side shots of saggy boobs. Not attractive. There is a reason why bras were invented to wear under clothing.
Stacey is way hot. And for someone her age, she is putting women 20 years younger to shame.
Also, aside from her wonderful looks she is right on the issues. She lost a lot of jobs in Hollywood being a black conservative but she showed us she has courage.
Mcturdle and Ryan-O should be half as brave as Stacey.
I wasn’t questioning her looks or her credentials, just her choice of dress. For some time now, women in the public eye have been wearing these silly outfits that provide a side view of bra-less boobs. It is not attractive. That’s all I’m saying. Uplift is good; sag is not. ;-)
Works for me.
Archie Bunker, George Jefferson did more in one season to unite the races than Obama did in eight years.
Projecting their hate onto their opponents. It is the only way they can live with themselves.
