Yes. Those who claim unfettered rights for themselves must, of necessity, silence all the dissent of everyone else.
The nudists are roaming the streets in San Francisco. So if you’re sitting on the bus with some guy’s donkey kong in your face, he’s exercising his rights, but you have none.
And if you want to enjoy some live rock and roll, but don’t care for to have cannabis smoke blown in your face, tough luck. Stay home.
I once had a libertarian neighbor who liked to smoke pot in his back yard. Which meant I couldn’t barbecue or sit on my deck and read without getting a contact high.
My feeling is, how hard is it to get stoned at home, before the concert? Or keep one’s exhibitionism among like-minded friends?
