Bernie missed his chance when he gave Hillary a pass on the server. But this isn't about Bernie and never has been about Bernie. It's about the people who support him, and whether they can be wooed into voting for Clinton.

“If I were them, I’d be screaming too because they know they will be toast by election day.”

“Bernie’s people will be shut down.”

“We can’t let them [Bernie Sanders’ supporters] win CA because of optics. Hillary needs to have more delegates, more super delegates and more votes for optics.”

These comments are so inflammatory to the average Bernie supporter it will be hard for them to forget on Election Day.
