When Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, repeated to Wallace Trump’s claim that the candidate is “doing very well with women” and also “winning with Hispanics,” the “Fox News Sunday” host called for a reality check.

My daughter was forced to read a Juan Williams book, in her first year of college (along with all her classmates). It culminated with Juan giving a speech on campus...she and her classmates were required to go.
Out of interest, I attended (the subject was the civil rights movement). Afterwards was a book signing - and I thought, what the heck, and we got first in line.
Well, Juan wrote down the wrong date when he signed it - and I corrected him! Yes, my daughter was embarrassed.

But he’s not insane, just unable to see the truth. “He’s Black, so he feels compelled to fit the mold.” The insidious part of it is that the RAT Party has kept Blacks “down on the plantation” forever, and yet they vote 98% RAT. I actually did it, so he wouldn’t put the wrong date on the next person’s book, etc. It wasn’t a ‘gotcha’ moment.
To elaborate, my daughter had told him it was her birthday...so Juan wrote something like “Happy Birthday” and wrote the date. So when I told him he had the wrong date, he was very apologetic...ten years from now, nobody will remember what day he signed books, but since he had tied it to her birthday, it would forever be an obvious mistake.
But I told him it was ok, and I just wanted him to know the right date before he signed any more books - but I wasn’t nasty about it.

There’s plenty inside their heads, but it is all disconnected. You give away free stuff and never worry about who has to make it. You push for trannies in women’s bathrooms and forget the 6 year old girl who has to hear the male voices while she pees.
But, the conservative echo chamber is starting to get equally disconnected. We need to start thinking in terms of the whole system and not just the part that we’re complaining out right now.
