I agree it's a goofy storm. It may not even be a tropical storm. At 7:00 p.m. the center of T.S. Colin was reported to be 10 miles from
Buoy SGOF1, yet the buoy reported only 23 m.p.h winds at that time.
That map produced by the NHC is simply not credible.
