Economic inequality: Get the government out of business decisions. Flat tax and reduced regulation to the point that the government simply arbitrates contracts and prevents monopolies. End welfare... work for a check of any kind. Clean the streets or work for a business.
The refugee crisis: Return them to their place of origin. They still fanatically follow Islam, which is the cause of their refugee woes, so they have no place on the streets of freedom. Renounce Islam? We'll consider your application...
Massive global insecurity: See problem one... get governments out of the business of micromanaging economies and let freedom do the rest.
Climate change: Demand intellectual integrity from academic and government-run institutions. Does the climate change? Yes. Is it our fault? No. If there was any component of climate change that was our fault would changing our activity stop climate change? No. So, why are your panties in a bunch?
Pandemics: Treat diseases as diseases (like AIDS and other STDs) and natural conditions like natural conditions (like pregnancy). Do not allow migration without medical clearance. Most problems will work themselves out over time. Institutional racism: Don't allow the government to pick favored races. Problem will work itself out over time.
In nearly all of the "problems" he cited... government is the problem and less government is the solution.
Well Damon is a communist sympathizer. Notice how he works in references into his movies like “People’s History of the United States” (authored by a commie neighbor Howard Zinn). That was done in “Good Will Hunting”.
Matt Damon is very intelligent, but not very wise. Pretty common in Hollywood.
Did he say, “Matt Damon, Matt Damon?”
Great response....
——Do not allow migration without medical clearance.——
Reminds me of the opening scenes in The Godfather” where Ellis Island had a medical ward to hold the sick or diseased immigrants...
Now we let in pregnant foreigners with Ziika babies to plant a anchor baby here...on our dime...
I hear ALOT of that The Environment(TM) claptrap coming out of there. They seem to be becoming less about science and more about politics. As everything else is.
He’s too stupid to be an idiot.
That’s so pathetic. Using a commencement speech to bash Trump.
That would be me. Harvard? ;)
