There are lots of folks in this area that would have kicked this guys butt in a heartbeat, but apparently not on the bus at the time.

Yeah, I forgot about that.

Self-reliant, take-charge types - young and healthy enough to take on a violent nutcase - probably are going to be driving themselves around in cars, SUVs, and pick-ups.

Well, and apparently one such person was driving the bus in this case, so that's something.

By the way, at the end of the "Fox13" story on this incident, there was this statement:

We reached out to the driver, but she didn't wish to talk about the incident.

I wonder why. /s
