I predicted this tacctic months ago because it is a tried and proven way for the Clinton gang to avoid taking the 5th.

You can trace it’s origins back to Hillary’s testimony at various inquireies in the 90s where she swore under oath that “she had no specific recollection’ or “I don’t recall” over 200 times.
