These sort of “conservatives” really are as disgusting as the leftists. They push policies that harm regular hard-working Americans and then have the stunning hubris to blame and insult those same people they damaged for being damaged.

I’ve noticed a huge increase in progressive style abuse of language by GOPe types. Look at what is now “conservative”. It’s mind boggling to hear Amnesty Ryan and the rest spin progressive policies as “conservatism”.
