Why do restaurants have to dump so much salt on salads? Everything doesn’t need to taste like a pound of salt.

If you don’t like the salt, go to a restaurant that doesn’t use too much salt, problem solved. And we don’t need any frickin’ bureaucrats to solve it.

Have you ever watched any of the cooking shows on the Food Network? They put salt on EVERYTHING!!!!

I rarely put salt in or on my food I cook and IMO it still tastes good. There are plenty of other things to season food with to enhance flavor but not raise blood pressure.

What restaraunt salts a salad? I salt my salt, and never had salt put on my lettuce. If you don't like your restaraunt, eat at home.

Salt on lettuce will wilt it. There’s lots of salt and sugar in dressings though.
