Not one of the issues you cited in your original post (Voo Doo economics [sic], a New world order, a thousand points of light, read my lips, no new taxes) had anything to do with Perot. Perot was essentially a two issue man: opposition to NAFTA and the about the national debt/deficit. The exit polls indicated that people who voted for him voted for him on those issues. Only conservatives who stayed home in post mortem election analysis cited anything from the list you made; they were NOT Perotistas, they were simply responsible for low turnout among Republicans in some states.

They are currently canvassing in Pennsylvania to get on the ballot. In The county where I live, they need 3,000 signatures. The guy was at my door on Memorial Day.
