my intent in commenting here is not to get flamed. I am in agreement with the concept that the ass beating he got resulting in his demise is well earned and I am good with that. My suggestion goes to what I surmise will be the decision that the Bronx DA comes to. I sense this guy will be charged. I could be wrong.

Can I volunteer to be on the jury, even though I live in WA St?
I'll just text my verdict to them right now to save them all that time and money ;-)

looks like the Bronx DA did just what I thought he would do. Diallo was arrested for manslaughter this morning. Just like I said he would.
