I just pulled, from my long term supplies, a big container of soy milk. When I squeezed it, it felt more akin to soy pudding. Not gonna open it and see.
You are supposed to use some of your stored food so you can rotate it. Most of it tastes pretty good if prepared properly.

Most of our food supplies here are on-the-hoof :-)
We have a large greenhouse for veggies.
Could throw up a smoke-house for meat preparation and preservation if need be.
Ham gear, solar, generators... gotta get some stuff into EMP protection though...
