Broke the rules. Is that comparable to breaking the law? Everybody is soft peddling on the actual level of criminality. They will let her get away with it.

Like I’ve written here several times, the actual article goes much further. All in all, it describes Clinton as being unfit for President and as possibly committing crimes. It says, for instance, that politically she should be talking to clear things up, but on the other hand, perhaps she can’t because she might incriminate herself.

That is not how you expect the Democratic editors of USA Today to be writing of their nominee.

That depends on whether the responsible regulatory authority decides to hold hearings to determine her compliance with regulations and then refers the matter to the appropriate criminal authorities. In other words, it depends.
