FBI says they don’t investigate rules violations ...... just criminal investigations. Guess we will see if the FBI gets a new hat.

This editorial actually uses the term “criminal investigation,” and suggests that even though politically Clinton should speak up, maybe legally-wise, it’s smarter for her to be taking the Fifth.
