Many folks on FR don’t know about it.
Like I’ve written here several times, the actual article goes much further. All in all, it describes Clinton as being unfit for President and as possibly committing crimes. It says, for instance, that politically she should be talking to clear things up, but on the other hand, perhaps she can’t because she might incriminate herself.
That is not how you expect the Democratic editors of USA Today to be writing of their nominee.
That depends on whether the responsible regulatory authority decides to hold hearings to determine her compliance with regulations and then refers the matter to the appropriate criminal authorities. In other words, it depends.
The comments, even from self-confessed liberals, are NOT sympathetic to Clinton, at all. Many even point out it was not just rules, but laws that were broken

Her book sits proudly on my mantle. I know the history of Barbara and Ted. I also proudly display my copies of “Year of the Rat” and “Sellout”.
There is so much prior art on the Clintons you would have to be blind and deaf to not trip over it.
I went to look at Barbara Olson’s spot on the FR memorial wall. Then I wanted to know what her calls on 9/11 from doomed flight 77 had told her husband. So I went to do a google search. Just about every site on the first three pages was about how all the calls from the planes were fake — truther sites. OMG. It’s terrible. Young people might believe these sites. It’s insane.
At the time I was spending a lot of time with a gay couple who were part of the United Flight services. One was still flight attendant LA NYC and one was higher up in the administration. They were close with the flight attendant (asian, I’m blanking on her name, it’s been so long) on the United Flight who made the call giving the seat numbers etc of the terrorists. How dare these people on these websites say these calls were fake. Those calls were made to loved ones or to try and bravely either get help or contribute before CERTAIN DEATH to helping the later investigations. Those callers were heroes.

FWIW, the federal conspiracy laws do not just relate to breaking laws, a conspiracy to defeat a regulation is a felony also.

I always assumed that Barbara Olson was the target of 9/11 and Bob Stevens, photo editor for the Globe (weekly supermarket tabloid) was the target of the anthrax. Note that Bob Stevens ran many photos in articles critical of a certain then U.S. Senator and future Secretary of State and two-timing Presidential candida. Also note that Barbara Olson was on that particular plane in order to appear on ‘Politically Incorrect’, with Bill Mahar (E.R. Burroughs, Pellucidar).
Why won’t these writers man up and say, correctly, “Hillary broke the LAW?”
