Trump promises info on veterans fundraiser

Donald Trump will hold a news conference on Tuesday to unveil a full list of groups that received donations from a veterans fundraiser held in January, the businessman announced on Sunday.

"We're announcing on Tuesday all of the groups that've gotten the money," Trump said during remarks at a motorcycle rally in front of the Lincoln Memorial. "We're having a big press conference and it's going to be a great day."

The fundraiser has become a subject of controversy as journalists have been unable to account for the full $6 million the businessman initially said he raised through the January event. The Trump campaign has sent inconsistent signals about how much of his own money Trump has donated and when.

See some guys with hats on in the front, he must have representatives from some of the agencies that were provided with funds there. Someone mentioned hearing a dog barking before. I seem to recall him giving a check to one or 2 agencies that provide dogs to vets, so maybe they are there.

The diversity of fresh fruits in the Philippines is astounding. Many are things I've never seen before, or tasted. But American favorites are hard to find. Strawberry has always been at the top of my list.

There are strawberries grown here which are small and tart. At the big-box store, I can buy imported Driscolls, but they are prohibited expensive at 490PhPesos per pint carton. In comparison, we can buy mangoes just off the trees for about 80 PhP per KILO (2.2 lbs). Bananas come in dozens of sizes and types, and sell for around 40-60 PhP per kilo. Fresh pineapple runs about 75 per kilo.

Lunch today was a porterhouse steak marinated in pineapple juice, soy, and garlic, then grilled on the LPG Weber grill, with baked potatoes on the side. Not bad for a third world place! It's first for me now, but America is my homeland... and I will be voting in NC by mail, for our future President, Donald Trump.
