According to many they are NBC that are eligible to become Presidents. But without doubt they are American citizens.

I was a security officer for quite a while and processed clearances - you'd be surprised at how many discovered that their mother's lied to them and told them they were citizens. A number were both embarrassed and really upset for being lied to for their whole lives. Serving honorably might be considered special circumstances but these two seem to be legal anyway.

But if they served in the US military, especially combat, they should be given special consideration for residency status. They probably would be under a real President.
