The whole Federal Just-us Department is controlled by the whims of a Dear Leader. Similar to the North Korean system. North Korea Lite if you will.
If Dear Leader desires her to carry on his legacy, she will never be prosecuted and actually has a decent chance of being elected, given the nature of the election process.
If dear Leader is still a pissed at her and BJ, she will meet Hilga in the next cell before election day.

After all, it’s the “little people” that represent a danger. Government is there to keep us in line. That’s what the US CONSTITUTION says, right?
And every time I see more hype about her being indicted, I see an even bigger smirk on her face when nothing happens, and she says, “I told you I was innocent”, and blames the whole mess on Republicans on a witch hunt. She’ll laugh and the right will be made to look stupid.
Something is happening to her. The public dialogue is going against her even as the MOST of the media is still trying to plug the holes in the dike. Some of the media is openly questioning her. We’re seeing an increase in negative articles about the Clintons. This is periodically supported by leaks from the FBI.
Comey refuting Hillary’s obfuscation in the recent presser was devastating for Hillary. She or her campaign have still not come up with a way of getting around the fact that her security review cloak was quickly and irrefutably destroyed.
The continued drop in her approval ratings are a harbinger. That canary in the mine is in its death throes. Nothing on the horizon for Hillary has any positive promise.
She’s rapidly becoming a zombie candidate.
