Those arrangements are already in progress. Like the earlier interviews of her aides, we won’t know until after the interview is over. Keep in mind the target of a criminal investigation is always interviewed last.
Note also that she and the justice department are fighting her being interviewed in the other investigation. So far the judge has not ruled favorably for Hillary. While he may have stopped the release of the video he did order that the transcripts be released to the public.
