This statement is painfully stupid. If Hillary wins this year, there will NOT be a conservative elected in 4 years. And having Hillary select Supreme Court justices will doom the country.
No sane, real conservative could possibly hold the opinion you quoted. There are plenty of liberals in conservative clothing who try to fool real conservatives with such nonsense and sadly, there are some who fall for it.

You can find them replying on the Tweets of some of their leaders such as Ben Shapiro, Ben Howe, Ben Sasse, Bill Kristol, Tara Setmayer, David Limbaugh (although he hasn’t explicitly said he won’t be voting for Trump, but he bashes him all the time).
