Simple.
The ACLU, BLM, LaRaza, Unions, GOPe, Democrats and others know the footage from those cameras will make them look bad. Very bad. And in today’s society, these groups must not be made to look bad. Without bodycams, blame can and will be shifted to the police and Trump supporters.
