The whole idea/plan of the Convention Of States is to amend the constitution. You can't amend the constitution without rewriting it...PERIODWe have found a way to work around the Constitution to pass rules in a branch without accountability yet can invoke the Constitution to block any correction
As if using Article V to add even more amendments/laws for them to ignore will change anything.

The Constitution is fine, but lacks protection and defense and enforcement.
