Ahead of Montana's primaries June 7, both Bill Clinton and Donald Trump visited Billings, Montana's largest city.
The difference was turnout: 300 people showed up to see Bill Clinton, while 7,500 appeared for Donald Trump. The Clinton campaign knew there would be low turnout, they booked a room at a middle school. The Trump campaign booked the largest arena in town.

Montana is a purple state, sending to DC both Republicans and Democrats over the years. This year the excitement appears to be for Trump, and in the college towns (Missoula and Bozeman), for Bernie.
There are very few bumper stickers for Hillary in Bozeman.
high turnout doesn’t seem to make the electorate any smarter.
In 2008, 0bama was drawing massive crowds (largely bussed in or attracted to the free rock concert, free food, free beer offered, at times, but huge nonetheless) and McCain struggled to draw more than a crowd numbering in the hundreds. McCain’s largest crowd by himself was about 10,000 in Miami the night before election day. That was a huge psychological factor in the 2008 election. I believe that 2016 will be about the same, Trump will fill arenas and stadiums, with tens of thousands, and Clinton will struggle to get more than 1,000 or so at her rallies. The media will attempt to cover for her with camera angles, but with social media the way it is now, the truth will be out there, and the psychological impact will be great.
And yet the media continues to “spin” that this election is going to be a nail-biter!
Looks to me that no one gives a rat’s a$$ about Bill Cliton any longer! And when you think about it, he’s the more “likable” of the two of them.
So true, they prop up the beast whenever they can
Looks like the Democrats will have to find a way to steal the election.
Hillary & Bill Clinton get miserable low turnouts (100-500 folks, maximum) for all their politcal rallies. Their adoring print & TV media never shows you or tells you of high turnout events!!! But....the truth is the truth....and in these days of internet access the sad case of “Clinton” no shows, is openly evident to all American regardless of what the Clinton Media tries to feeds us with!!!
As for Trump he had 25,000 people at his rally in San Diego yesterday afternoon,...and all you heard about was the few hundred, low life thug vermin that protested his rally to no avail!!!
“Looks like the Democrats will have to find a way to steal the election.”
That’s why Trump has to win with a landslide! There are practical limitations to vote fraud. He needs to get vote totals that are completely outside the RATs ability to cover with vote fraud.
Its about time.
Perhaps Trump can finally move Montana fully Red.
Hillary can’t draw flies to her events. Probably party hacks, union members being bussed in, and people off the streets getting paid are making up most of her audiences.
Hillary isn’t even the unpleasant ex-wife so many divorced men don’t want to see again. Few men married that unwisely. We all have the divorced friend with the over the top ex-wife, the ball-buster far worse than what other men can imagine, and Hillary even puts that specimen to shame. Why would anyone waste time seeing Hillary?
“Find” a way? they have many powerful tools to accomplish that task, more by far then even in 2012. The Democrats can have whatever results are decreed. They may choose to not win the count if the legitimate vote is so overwhelmingly against them that a Democrat “win” would be judged likely to trigger a real rebellion.
What the Trump people, or just Trump fans should do is attend the Hillary! rallies, sit in the back and tape them, showing the entire audience and venue, then post online. Do it at rally after rally. Make them go viral. Nothing the MSM can do about it. They can do their close-in cropping but the public will know what the real picture is.
President Trump could make prosecuting vote fraud a priority.
Good observation. Maybe we should ask others to post photos of the crowd at Clinton events, or make comments to local newspapers wherever they appear questioning the paper’s crowd estimates.
As a pitiful example, the Billings tv station stated there were 300 in attendance for Bill Clinton’s rally last week. But the Missoulian, quite the liberal paper in a college town, inflated the number... to 400. 400!
Here are two photos of the event, to give an example of how a framed shot can exagerate attendance:
First a tight shot of the audience:

Second, from the back of the middle school auditorium. Actually I find the number 300 optimistic:
Yes, he could. Legally he probably cannot because judges claim that only the Republican Party has standing and the GOP has already legally and finally abjured claiming vote fraud. The GOP has standing but have cut their own legs off.
MT will go Red in November.
Its NOT a Purple state. Its voted for the GOP presidential candidate since people can remember when.
