You might note that Title 18, United States Code, including Section 2071 cited is the Criminal Code for Federal Offenses.

Mr. Sanders and Mr. Trump would both be correct, the woman is not qualified to hold the office.

I am not sure, Travis, whether Congress would have the discretion to disqualify a person from holding the office of President of the United States via statute. Those qualifications are pretty much delineated within the four corners of the Constitution.

My guess is that if elected, indicted and convicted, Hillary! would have to be impeached like her lying sack of cow dung husband and then convicted by the Senate (unlike her lying sack of cow dung husband).
