Why are women so more apt to disapprove of the decision to use the a-bomb on Japan? Do they not know history?
These numbers are unbelievable, and very probably reflect a shameful neglect by most Americans of American history during WWII (due essentially to educational & civil subversion).
It's an indictment of civilization that the people of any country, let alone this one, could be so historically ignorant that they would be morally oblivious to the real-world ramifications of having not used the atom bomb!
You want to know why the United States dropped the atom bomb on Japan, b---hes?
Because not dropping it would have been magnitudes worse for the US, Japan, and the entire world, that's why. And that undeniable historical truth will not change with the passing of any amount of time, nor will it's moral legitimacy ever be obfuscated by historical revisionist propaganda...
The women polled really disturb me. Do they not understand the consequences for the men in their life??
I am a woman, but At least I had a father was a boy during WWII....raced down every morning to get the newspaper to find out the news (he was only about nine).
He explained to me how many lives were saved, American lives and many others, by the bomb.
He recently died and would be disgusted by what Obama has done here.
The answer to your statement is:
Many, many of the women who disagree with dropping the bomb would not be here today if we had not.
Why? It’s very simple...the lineage of their family would had stopped on the island of Japan. They would have never been born because their grandfathers and some grandmothers would have ended their life on the sands of that island.
Of course, they are too stupid to realize that fact.
