Policyholders can actually maintain coverage through the end of the year, but will have to pay the tax penalty for purchasing what was a compliant plan that will now be non-compliant because Ohio has assumed responsibility but with a $500k cap per policy.

Most of the people who voted for free stuff and then accepted free stuff will not be smart enough to understand what they need to do. They will be fined for buying something too good to be true, and I will celebrate that outcome. Their scheme to steal from taxpayers is not working out for them any better than it worked out for their taxpaying victims.

As a bonus, many of them have what they call insurance but cannot get actual medical care. Again, it serves them right for participating in a corrupt scheme.

Ohio is rapidly becoming an overwhelmingly, nut-case state.

A double-minded man is unstable is all of his (her, in this case) ways.

Kasich is going to be saddened by the news. He thought it was great.
