Fresno should be okay, San Diego ... don’t fly too close to the Mexican Border.
I am very concerned about the San Diego rally and the possibility for violence. The good thing is that it is being held in the early afternoon hopefully avoiding problems after nightfall. there are many illegals in this area.......
There is really only one street that accesses the convention center from SD International airport about 1-1/2 miles away and also on the same street, Harbor drive. It would be very easy for protesters to block this road anywhere along the route. Hopefully he will helicopter from the airport to the convention center. Not sure if the runway at the naval air station is long enough to handle his plane but that would be another alternative and the using navy helicopters to the convention center.
If you bring up a google map of this area you can see there is water on one side of the convention center, Harbor drive on the other with railroad tracks east of the road. Should be interest to see if they elect to motorcade from SD International....
Fresno is worse than San Diego. Much.
