Ah, a reading of the most damaging testimony with unflattering headlines from all her scandals in the background for a minute will do well enough on TV.
Actually, Judge Sullivan has been excellent. I’ve followed the case for months & been quite surprised at the leeway he’s given Judicial Watch. Granting discovery was HUGE ... doesn’t happen in FOIA cases, but he allowed it. He’s actually rather pissed off with the State Department. He’s agreed to let JW depose Hilly’s top aides & also agrees that deposing Hilly herself may be necessary. Go to the JW site & read their postings about this case - Judge Sullivan is one of the good guys. Another Judge is Lambeth ... he also is pretty fed up with the crap from State .... since discovery is underway in the case before Sullivan, he wants JW to follow up with him in his court. Two judges ..... Hilly’s top aids being deposed & documents being pried out of State - JW is doing fantastic work & both Judges are ruling mostly in JW’s favor these days.
