To: Ransomed

I don’t think the state legislature could pass a law making a general rule, but excepting the City of Charlotte. On the other hand, if the original Charlotte law had applied only to city-owned property, the state probably wouldn’t have gotten involved.

That’s what I’m saying, just restore/re-affirm the right of private businesses everywhere in the state to choose. Maybe something to cut off state funds, if any, that go to publically owned sex-exclusive facilities if they let men use the women’s.
