Asked about Keystone pipeline - he would approve, but wants a better deal for the US. The people who lose property due to eminent domain need to be taken care of, a piece of the profits for the US.
To some questions, says the people in the US are overtaxed and over regulated. Regulation is a bigger problem than the taxes.
