Congratulations to your niece - that’s a super achievement!
Hope it’s nothing with Corker - I don’t want him for VP regardless.
Thank you.
Like a lot of kids today- my niece grew up in a divorced family, splitting her time with each parent or parents. There’s a domineering step mom, the dad, and my sister- the mom, that, has a revolving door when it comes to mostly dubious boyfriends, and- she was unfaithful to her husband, my niece’s father, popping out an illegitimate kid (my youngest niece) Plus, she and her former husband, (my niece’s dad) gave their first born (son) up for adoption, who has since been reunited with us, but is estranged from his parents, for the most part. Yeah, the veritable three ring circus.
This niece, and her older sister, another niece of mine, who also graduated high school and went on to college, have done remarkably well, in spite of the topsy turvy world in which they live in. Both parents have been largely involved in their children’s lives, save for the child adopted out, so- in spite of what the LGBT advocates would say about what constitutes a family, having both parents involved in the child’s life is paramount and without equal.
Corker article.
