If Paul Ryan continued to refuse endorsing Trump and actually saying this was not likely to happen, his actions would emphasize and prolong division of the party. The Bush family and other old guard GOPe would be happy about it. This would affirm they (the Whigs) still held the balance of power, not the (Interlopers aka) Trump Camp. This lack of Republican cohesion would make a Hillary Victory far more likely.
Nothing McRomney or Lyin Ryan does humiliates “the Donald” *followers*. We’re completly past these two clowns.
As an endorsement, who cares? Ryan does what's best for Ryan. It does further marginalize and isolate the likes of Romney/TheBushes/Cruz/Beck etc. And that's good.....we're better off if folks never have anything but scorn for the nevertrump phonies.

I’m thinking Ryan is trying to hold out for some reason but we could only speculate on reasons. Why is cRuz still active in his attempts at stealing/buying/(whatever) the primary delegates that SHOULD be going to Trump? Are these 2 things related somehow? By themselves, they make no sense.

Then i saw someone elsewhere speculate that Trump leaked the rumor and it should be interpreted as “one last chance” for Ryan to jump aboard before he starts helping Paul Nehlen beat Ryan in August Wisconsin primary.

If he is telling Trump he is merely trying give the impression that he and Trump's team have really worked through the fine print before making an endorsement...and then makes a big deal out of his endorsement, he will have no problem with Trump.

My perception is Ryan can’t be trusted, is worthless to Trump and will be one of the first ones out the door.
