Somewhere in the WAPO article (I posted the link to it last night) he took a pot holder from his kitchen. How can you fire a gun holding a thick pot holder and who would feel a need to do that? It seems like it was planted but his wife especially has gone along with it and said it came from their kitchen. Why? Could it be true Foster would take his gun and a potholder to work?
That is totally incompatible with a .38 shot through the brain -- while the heart is still pumping!
Foster was already dead when delivered to FMP.
