They obviously don't even know, nor would they be able to comprehend the fact that there are already provisions in federal law that not only allow, but requires the banning of any individual or group of individuals that advocate the violent overthrow of the United States Constitution, and that authority is in the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (The McCarran-Walter Act), and specifically provided not only for the banning of individuals that would constitute a threat to the national security but the deportation of those already in the United States deemed to present a security threat.

ANY adherent to Islam has already taken an oath to follow the teachings of the Koran in every way, which includes the establishment of a world wide caliphate in which all peoples are to be conquered, subjugated, converted or killed. If that isn't anti-Constitutional, I don't know what is.

Regardless that House RINOs read the Constitution out loud at the beginning of the last legislative session, these corrupt lawmakers are wrongly ignoring that the Founding States prohibited the federal government from establishing protected / privileged classes which is what this legislation effectively does imo.

Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

This is the same constitutional problem with the lawless Obama Administration’s policy concerning INTRAstate, politically correct transgender restrooms imo.

Also, note that by presumably trying to win votes by being nice to undocumented aliens that the corrupt Washington cartel is unthinkingly helping to spread disease.

When patriots elect Trump they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for the USA..

Steny Hoyer supported legislation in the late 80’s that allowed terrorist supporters to enter the US unless it could be proven that they committed a crime or were about to commit it (Moynihan, Franks, etc sponsored this legislation which gutted the old Walter-McCarren Act/Immigration & Naturalization legislation).

Pass legislation to declare the muslim Brotherhood a subversive organization, like the Communist Party was in the 1940s and 1950.

Close ALL muslim Brotherhood mosques, and ban all muslim Brotherhood organizations (e.g., CAIR, the muslim Student Organization). Ban fundraising for jihad, and jail all jihad fundraisers and jihad organizers.

Predicted result: the vast majority of muslims will deport themselves from the U.S.

Moreover, we need to have national immigration quotas that will drastically reduce Third-World immigration to the US. That will have the positive “side effect” of drastically reducing muslim immigration to the US.

Otherwise, we shall have to wangle over the definition of a “religion” in the Constitution. A “religion” that includes the goal of world conquest and imposing repressive laws on conquered peoples should not be protected, and its adherents should be banned from the US.
