As soon as an agent of the business owner tells you to leave, and you refuse, you are trespassing, and can be ejected with necessary force.

If you think you are being ejected unfairly, you have the right to sue, but you don’t have the right to continue trespassing.

Makes one wonder where the owners sympathies lie. He should lawyer up if he supports his guard.
